I reached out to Helen due to a stressful time of medical investigations. I needed more time to relax and feel grounded. Helen, by nature is very compassionate and welcoming. Comfort is a priority. She certainly knows her stuff, and I looked forward to hearing the summary, of her observations at the end of the sessions. Helen also shared her knowledge of how to help regulate the nervous system. Her prescribed treatment plan met my needs. I would deeply relax, my fitness tracker would record me as taking a nap on occasions. Thank you Helen.

I’ve had a few reflexology sessions with Helen, and each one has been consistently relaxing and worthwhile. I really appreciate that she offers home visits—it makes it so much easier to fit into a busy schedule and adds to the overall comfort of the experience.
She’s calm, professional, and clearly knows what she’s doing. After each session, I feel noticeably more relaxed, balanced, and less tense, especially after a hectic week.
If you’re looking for a skilled, warm and approachable reflexologist who makes the whole process feel easy and stress-free, I’d definitely recommend Helen.

Helen has a lovely calming manner which sets the tone for a very relaxing reflexology session. She is a very thorough practitioner who always listens and adapts her treatment plan accordingly. I've seen Helen a number of times for Reflexology. Helen has great knowledge and has been happy to share her findings, treatment plan etc which is always fascinating! I have had a very positive response to reflexology by Helen, helping to improve my health sometimes quickly and other times over the long term. Helen's calm & friendly manner has been lovely through out all appointments and Helen really takes time to listen carefully and suggest a treatment plan that will help.
