I’ve had a few reflexology sessions with Helen, and each one has been consistently relaxing and worthwhile. I really appreciate that she offers home visits—it makes it so much easier to fit into a busy schedule and adds to the overall comfort of the experience.

She’s calm, professional, and clearly knows what she’s doing. After each session, I feel noticeably more relaxed, balanced, and less tense, especially after a hectic week.

If you’re looking for a skilled, warm and approachable reflexologist who makes the whole process feel easy and stress-free, I’d definitely recommend Helen.

Helen has a lovely calming manner which sets the tone for a very relaxing reflexology session. She is a very thorough practitioner who always listens and adapts her treatment plan accordingly. I would highly recommend Helen and look forward to hearing about other treatment options as she develops her practice.

I've seen Helen a number of times for Reflexology. Helen has great knowledge and has been happy to share her findings, treatment plan etc which is always fascinating! I have had a very positive response to reflexology by Helen, helping to improve my health sometimes quickly and other times over the long term. Helen's calm & friendly manner has been lovely through out all appointments and Helen really takes time to listen carefully and suggest a treatment plan that will help.
